Part of the site is subject to a long lease (Title LA386336) for a term of 935 years from 1 May 1915 covering an area of approximately 342.90 sq. m (410 sq. yards).

Location

Situated in a mainly commercial area, approximately 0.5 mile to the east of the town centre. To the north of the site is the Leeds Liverpool canal and Eleanor Street is accessed from the A6078 which is effectively a ring road around the town centre. To the south of the A6078 is a residential area and access to the M65 motorway is approximately within 1.5 miles at junction 6.

The site comprises three titles; Freehold LA53034 and long leasehold titles LA936651 (990 years from 1st January 1864) and LA453035 (part 990 years from 1st January 1864 and part 999 years from 25th December 1851).
