The property comprises a two bedroom semi detached house which is understood to be let by way of an Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreement which is rolling over.
The property is located on Walnut Avenue in Wigan, close to a range of local amenities, schools and transport links. Both Wigan Wallgate and Wigan North Western railway stations are within 1 mile of the property.
The property is held Freehold.
We have not been able to inspect the property and have assumed the accommodation is arranged as follows:
Ground Floor: Hall, Living Room and Kitchen
First Floor: Landing, Two Bedrooms and Bathroom/W.C
Driveway, front and rear gardens.
The Receivers do not have a copy of the Tenancy Agreement. The tenant has not made any rent payments whilst the property has been in Receivership. The Receivers have obtained a possession order but are not currently choosing to enforce it now the property is listed for sale.
